Results are in for the 2024 August and September Youth shoot, which featured a “hunter” style target – a field round – with three scoring zones (5, 4, 3) and a black and white target. Archers shot this at 18m, 15m or 10m depending on their age class, and there were some great scores, including […]
On 19 October Mountain Green Archery Club hosted the District Doubles Trophy Challenge. This was a fun tournament where archers chose their pairing (friends, parent/child, couples, siblings). Kopere “To Shoot an Arrow” Results are in for the ADAA Youth May shoot 2021. This one was a new take on the traditional English shoot. We had an 80cm target in full colours, and shot 5-zone scoring – 9, 7, 5, 3, 1. This led to learning new scoring and many grumbles as they
Results are in for the Youth Shoot for February 2021! At the end of last year the ADAA decided that it was time to have something fun in the district as well as just doing the same old target rounds. So this year we have a full variety of shoots from fun ones like February’s
