The Auckland Archery Clubs’ annual opening days were held during October, with great responses from all. Starting with Shore Archery Club on 5th October, it was windy but everyone was very cheerful, shooting a Short Metric round (50m and 30m) for the more experienced archers, and a shorter distance round for the novices and juniors.

After the successful reinstatement of the Auckland District Archery Association, the inaugural Auckland District Target Championships was held at the Auckland Archery Club in One Tree Hill over Auckland Anniversary weekend.
